Anxiety & Overthinking
When your mind won't slow down and you're constantly worrying, second-guessing yourself, or expecting the worst.
About
Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. Whether you've been thinking about it for months or you've landed here after a particularly difficult day, you've already taken an important first step. My goal is to create a space where you don't feel judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" you, because you aren't broken. It's about helping you better understand yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
If you're wondering whether therapy is the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk about what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit.
