My Approach
I adopt a holistic approach to treatment, understanding that an individual’s issues are multifaceted, with culture often playing a significant role. I strive to provide care that is centered around you, the client, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. What works for one person may not work for another. Therefore, I choose my therapeutic modalities based on what you feel comfortable with rather than what I am most familiar with. Some of the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
